NETA Conference Health & Safety

To ensure a safe and healthy meeting space, NETA is committed to following COVID-19 protocols and monitoring new developments. Our decisions are guided by the requirements and recommendations of the CDC and federal, state, and local health authorities. Preventive measures include:

Vaccination Required

All NETA Conference attendees will be required to show proof of full vaccination at check-in. Fully vaccinated is defined as meeting the dosage requirement and waiting period to achieve full effectiveness as defined by the CDC.

Please contact us if you have questions about the vaccination policy.

NETA will follow the local and national guidance on masks that is current at the time of the conference.

We hope you don't have to cancel, but if you do, you must advise us of the canceled registration in writing. Cancellations received in writing by August 17, 2022, will receive a refund, minus a $150 administrative fee. Please allow 45 days for refund(s).

Registrations canceled on or after August 17, 2022, will not receive a refund.

Substitutions will be accepted through September 1, 2022.

Your Responsibility

NETA Conference attendees understand that they have a duty of care to comply with all guidelines adopted by NETA, including daily self-monitoring, leaving meeting spaces immediately in the event you feel ill, and acting responsibly outside of the NETA meeting spaces.

Our host hotel, the Marriott City Center, has implemented a commitment to clean designed to keep you safe.
